Carlos Deza has a diverse work experience in the maritime industry. Carlos has worked as a Vessel Master, Terminal Operations Supervisor, and Safety, Security, and Training Coordinator at the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District. Carlos has also worked as a Freelance Captain and Chief Officer in the Maritime Industry, managing vessels and crews while adhering to regulatory procedures.
