Jeffry Plaggenmarsch began their work experience as a Marketingmanager at Jarola in 2008. Jarola is a service- and trade platform that connects market parties in an innovative way. Jeffry worked there until July 2021. In August 2021, they joined Easyfairs Netherlands as a Commercieel manager and Head of cluster. Easyfairs is an event organization known for its innovative approach in the events industry, organizing trade fairs, consumer fairs, parties, conferences, shows, and corporate events.

Jeffry Plaggenmarsch's education history includes various educational experiences. In 2021, they attended the Language Institute Regina Coeli, where they completed an English individual language training course. From 2005 to 2007, they studied at HBO University, where they pursued a degree in Marketing & Management. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2005, they attended Deltion College, where they studied Sportopleidingen.
