Laëtitia Eyssartel

Laëtitia Eyssartel is a Managing Director and Co-Founder of Evenings & Weekends Consulting, established in April 2022 to support emerging organizations and community groups in achieving social change through collaborative efforts. With a robust background in management and leadership, Laëtitia previously served as Senior Director at FoodShare Toronto, where operational oversight resulted in significant revenue growth for the food distribution services social enterprise. Prior roles include Director of Operations and Social Enterprise at Evergreen Canada, and various capacities in business development, where Laëtitia demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, and operational improvements. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Sustainability Management and a Master's degree in Engineering and Management of Environment and Sustainable Development.
