EVENPULSE™ - The Science of Human Resilience -  is an education and training company that teaches the renowned BASE-R Method™ for the self-regulation of stress.  We have taught over 55,000 people in high-stress, high-performance professions from military, law enforcement and fire-rescue, to healthcare professionals, executives and athletes.  

The EVENPULSE training is the subject of a 3-year, $3M study by the U.S. Department of Defense. The results show lower stress and PTSD, greater resilience, less anxiety, improved communication, and increased well-being among 6,000 soldiers who took and used the program.
