Jo H. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They began their career as a DTP and Pitch Support at Genesis Oil and Gas Consultants in 2000. From there, Jo H. took on roles such as Office Manager at Corven, Freelance PA and Business Support Services at Everything Admin, and Office Manager and PA to Equity Partner at Knight Frank.

In 2014, Jo H. joined Prophet as a Studio Operations Manager, where they managed the London office operations. They then moved on to roles at Webcredible, part of Inviqa, where they served as Operations and Talent Manager, and later as Head of People and Business Operations.

In 2017, Jo H. joined Event Concept as the Head of People and Culture, and later became the Chief People and Operating Officer. During their time at Event Concept, Jo H. focused on delivering a culture of sustainability and driving operational improvements with people at the center.
