EVENT-IT is an event operations platform built for venues that want faster, cleaner, more profitable execution—from the first RFP to the final room flip.

We help hotel, resort, and conference venue teams turn inquiries into accurate proposals faster.

Our research shows roughly 90% of event pros say traditional capacity charts are unreliable, and that’s no surprise when most events aren’t a single-style set. EVENT-IT SETS (space + capacity intelligent calculator) accurately calculates capacity for mixed set-ups (the real-world blend of rounds, classroom, theater, aisles, staging, buffets, and more) and accounts for the details. No more “guesstimating.” With EVENT-IT SETS, teams can validate capacity and set-ups quickly, and respond to RFP or react when guest counts change (because they always do).  EVENT-IT can be customized to your venue; it becomes a simple click to select, completely customized to your venue.

EVENT-IT SNAPS (our visual planning + communication tool) reduces miscommunication by letting clients see your spaces, equipment, and specs the way your team sees them. Planners can build a clearer request up front, visualize what’s realistic, and align with your venue standards before decisions are “set,” reducing last-minute mind-changes, revisions, and costly rework. Your team spends less time decoding vague asks and more time delivering flawless events.

What venues gain:
• Faster RFP turnaround and stronger first responses
• Fewer layout revisions, fewer “surprises,” and fewer 11th-hour changes
• Clearer client communication with visuals instead of long emails
• Better internal handoffs and accountability across departments
• More consistent standards across spaces and teams
• Higher space utilization and improved guest experience

Created by a luxury banquet operations leader and hospitality PhD researcher, EVENT-IT is designed around real venue workflows and real event-day stress points.
