Matthew Schipper obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from National-Louis University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Elgin Community College from 2001 to 2003, earning an Associates degree with a focus on Business and Science. In 2011, Matthew pursued higher education once again and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Olivet Nazarene University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as a COVID Safety Officer from the American Public Health Association in August 2020 and a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - Level I from ASQ - World Headquarters in January 2016.
