Jeff Armstrong

Jeff Armstrong is a seasoned Guest Services Specialist at Event Partners Incorporated, responsible for security and guest services during sporting events at Kennesaw State University. With prior experience as a Fan Ambassador at the Chick-fil-A College Football Hall of Fame and a Guest Experience Associate for the Atlanta Hawks, Jeff excels in engaging with fans and providing exceptional customer service. As a Premium Services Host for the Atlanta Braves, responsibilities included enhancing the experience for Delta 360 SkyClub patrons. Additionally, Jeff served as a Sports Writer for The Newnan Times-Herald, covering high school athletics. Jeff holds a B.A. in Communications/Journalism from Prairie View A&M University and an M.A. in Journalism from The Ohio State University.
