Greg Beach is the Vice President of Business Development at Event Strategy Group. Greg has extensive experience in the event industry, having previously served as the Chief Operating Officer at Impact XM and as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Atlantic.

Under Greg's leadership, Atlantic experienced significant growth, expanding from a regional company to a full-solutions manufacturer and provider that supported domestic and international clients. Greg was instrumental in acquiring new clients, including some of the largest in the company's history. Greg also oversaw the rebranding of Atlantic into Atlantic Global Experiences, which attracted a more sophisticated clientele and resulted in higher average spend and higher-quality referrals.

In addition to their sales and marketing expertise, Greg is also experienced in operations, having partnered with the CFO to consolidate facilities, implement an ERP system, choose new product lines, and overhaul the supply chain. Greg is also skilled in employee engagement, having formed a volunteer Employee Action Committee to ensure employee engagement and retention.

Greg Beach's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia.

They are on a team with Cayleigh Ashman - Senior Event Manager, Michele Richert - Accounting Manager, and Jennifer Brown - Event Manager. Greg Beach reports to Norm Aamodt, President & Co-Founder.
