Deepthi Kammaje

Deepthi Kammaje has a wealth of work experience, starting in 2005 with a role as Project Engineer at GE Fanuc. Deepthi then moved to ABB in 2006, where they held the role of Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead, making significant contributions such as converting business requirements into functional requirements and user stories, and establishing the IEC61850 communication protocol for the first time in Sweden. In 2010, they took on a role as Business Analyst at Swansea University, where they were involved in the VIBE project to improve technology usage among manufacturing companies in Wales. In 2011, they co-founded Deepra Ltd., where they were responsible for requirements elicitation for products, presenting to clients, and handling day-to-day operations. In 2012, they returned to ABB as a Senior Engineer and Interface Manager, where they initiated the SCRUM process into the team and created Test Design and Strategy documents. Finally, in 2016, they joined Sona Group of Industries as a Project Manager and Scrum Master, where they introduced technology to automate things and develop new products. Currently, they are working as a Technical Product Manager at Eventbase, starting in 2022.

Deepthi Kammaje completed their BE in Electronics from Visvesvaraya Technological University between 2000 and 2004. Prior to that, they obtained their PU in Science from DVS College Of Arts And Science - India between 1998 and 2000. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from IASSC in August 2020, PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from ILX Group in September 2012, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in November 2019, and ILM Level 3 Leadership & Management from 'ilm Academy in April 2012.
