Shameem Afroza

Shameem Afroza's work experience begins in 2017 as a Human Resources Intern at Larsen & Toubro. Shameem later worked as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Hotel Savera in 2018, followed by an internship at CaratLane - A Tanishq Partnership. In 2020, Shameem worked as a Customer Service Representative at Vakilsearch and later as a Customer Relations Officer at BankBazaar India until 2021. In 2021, they were a Business Development Intern at RelTech Digital and in 2022, a Human Resources Intern at The India Cements Ltd. Shameem then joined Larsen & Toubro again in 2023, this time in Human Resources Positions. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at RecruitingMonk and an intern in the Human Resources department at BEEP by EventBeep. Throughout their career, Shameem has gained expertise in various HR and recruitment tasks, including managing end-to-end IT recruitment and strategic sourcing.

Shameem Afroza completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from SRM University, where they studied from 2016 to 2019. From 2021 to 2023, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human resource and marketing at the same institution, SRM University.
