Federico Zambelli Hosmer

Federico Zambelli Hosmer is an Advisor and Co-Founder at Eventboost, and was previously with Design Italy, PayPal, and CFS Rating. Federico has over fifteen years of experience in sales and marketing management.

Federico began their career in 2006 as a Marketing Manager for CRIF SPA. Federico then moved on to CFS Rating as a Sales & Marketing Manager in 2008. In 2010, they joined PayPal as Head of Business Development for Italy. Federico was promoted to Head of Market Development in 2014 and then to General Manager in 2017.

During their time at PayPal, Federico was responsible for the market penetration and growth into the Small & Medium Business segment for Western Europe. Federico was also in charge for the channel partner distribution (i.e.: e-commerce platforms) across the region. Federico was a member of the Western Europe management team and they were responsible for the strategy, the revenues performance, and the marketing investments for SMBs.

In 2020, Federico left PayPal to join Eventboost as an Advisor and Co-Founder.

Federico Zambelli Hosmer has a Executive MBA from Bologna Business School and a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Economics from Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna. Federico also attended the University of Toronto.
