Hayley Tompkins

Hayley Tompkins has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Hayley worked as an Au Pair for Remy Family from July 2015 to July 2016. Hayley then joined Zillow in October 2016 as a Customer Service Specialist and later worked as a Recruiting Coordinator from October 2018 to September 2020. From September 2020 to March 2021, they served as a People Operations Coordinator, and from March 2021 to December 2021, they worked as a Senior Program Specialist in Equity & Belonging. Hayley ended their tenure at Zillow in March 2022 as a Program Manager in Equity & Belonging. Currently, they are working at Eventbrite where they took on the role of Program Manager in Talent Acquisition Operations from April 2022 to May 2023. Hayley is currently a Program Manager in HR PMO at Eventbrite.

Hayley Tompkins earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Colorado Boulder between 2011 and 2014. During their time at the university, they focused their studies on communication, general, and psychology, general. Prior to attending the University of Colorado Boulder, Hayley completed their high school education at Eaglecrest High School from 2007 to 2011 where they received an Honors Diploma and was recognized as an Advanced Placement Scholar.
