Kayla Miller

Training Program Lead - Global Customer Success at Eventbrite

Kayla Miller has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Kayla started their career in 2009 as a Senior Women's Training Representative at Ralph Lauren, where they worked until 2012. From 2010 to 2011, they also served as an English Instructor at CHUNGDAHM Learning.

In 2012, Kayla joined Visionworks of America as an Eyewear Specialist, and then transitioned to Jayu Elementary School in 2014 as a Native English Teacher. In this role, they were responsible for English language instruction to elementary level students and also led and managed English camps.

In 2016, Kayla worked as an Adult ELL Instructor at IEVP, where they provided adult English language instruction. Kayla then joined Anderson Eyecare in 2017 as an Optometric Technician, responsible for pre-testing examinations and maintaining patient records.

From 2017 onwards, Kayla has been at Eventbrite. Kayla initially started as a Customer Experience Representative and then moved on to the role of Customer Experience Associate. In 2019, they became a Learning and Development Specialist, where they managed new hire onboarding curriculum and oversaw training resources for product launches. Later, they became an Enablement Manager, responsible for global customer success enablement. Currently, Kayla holds the position of Senior Enablement Specialist, focusing on global customer success.

Kayla Miller attended Cumberland University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General. In September 2020, they also obtained a certification in Instructional Design from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
