Lexie Wade Dickerson

Lexie Wade Dickerson is a skilled researcher with extensive experience in UX and mixed-methods research. Currently serving as a Researcher II at Eventbrite since August 2025, Lexie has previously worked as a UX Researcher at AutoZone, where responsibilities included leading comprehensive research across various user journeys and employing diverse methodologies such as usability studies and journey mapping. At Innovate Memphis, Lexie collaborated with a call center to assess user needs for a subsidy program, while prior roles included eCommerce account coordination and visitor experience research at Orgill, Inc. and Overton Park Shell, respectively. Lexie's academic background includes a Master's degree in Anthropology from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Christian Brothers University.
