Mansi Karan

Mansi Karan has a strong background in software engineering, with experience in various companies. Starting in 2011, they worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Software Engineer-Firmware, focusing on the partitioning subsystem for high reliability servers. Mansi then moved to Samsung Electronics in 2013 as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on porting blink on the Tizen Platform and developing webrtc on the open-source chromium code for Unix-based Tizen Mobile Platform. In 2015, they joined Microsoft as a Software Engineer 2, working on projects such as Windows Universal Store (Ads R&D) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Mansi led a team and implemented the CPC campaign model for the Store and designed and led the AppModule team for CRM. At Dialpad since 2019, Mansi has held various roles, including Senior Software Engineer 2 and Staff Software Engineer. Mansi has contributed to Dialpad Meetings by designing and implementing multiple features, mentoring team members, and driving deliverables. Mansi has also collaborated with cross-functional teams and represented their team's interests. Mansi Karan's most recent position is the Staff Software Engineer at Eventbrite, starting in 2023.

Mansi Karan completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from Manipal Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Chinmaya Vidyalaya from 1995 to 2007 and completed their Senior Secondary education. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in "How Google does Machine Learning" from Coursera in May 2018.
