Alyssa Weigle has held various roles in the hospitality industry since 2015. Alyssa began their career as a seasonal Guest Services Agent with the Kennebunkport Resort Collection, before transitioning to a seasonal Staff Member - Guest Services role with Auberge Resorts Collection in 2018. In 2019, they were promoted to Assistant General Manager with the Kennebunkport Resort Collection. In 2020, they joined The Press Hotel of Marriott's Autograph Collection as a Guest Services Manager, and was later promoted to Room Division Manager. In 2023, they began working as an Account Manager with Eventective. During their time at The Press Hotel, they were awarded the 2021 Manager of the Year.

Alyssa Weigle has a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Iowa State University, obtained in 2019.
