Russell Wedelich began their work experience as a freelance bass player in 2002, where they served as a Bass Guitarist until 2006. In 2008, they joined Eventide Audio and held various positions, including Director of Signal Processing, Sr. DSP engineer, and currently serves as the Vice President of Development since February 2022.

Russell Wedelich earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Music Engineering Technology from the University of Miami from 2006 to 2008.
