Dale Ballentine

Dale Ballentine has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 1999, they held various roles at Robins Cinemas Ltd. Dale then worked at Live Nation Venues as a Programming Executive and Deputy/Acting General Manager. After that, they joined Ticketmaster as a Senior Client Account Manager - Music. Dale later moved to Live Nation Music, where they served as a Senior Ticketing Manager. At Ticketmaster again, Dale worked as a Senior Technical Ticketing Manager - London 2012 and as a Business Transformation Manager. In 2014, they joined CTS EVENTIM Brazil as the Technical Operations Manager - Rio 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Eventim UK, holding the position of Chief Operating Officer. Dale then became the Chief Executive Officer at Motorsport Tickets from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Dale serves as the Director of Ticketing Operations at CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA.

Dale Ballentine started their education in 1993 at Blackfyne Comprehensive, where they completed their GCSE degree. From 1998 to 2000, they attended New College Durham, where they pursued a GNVQ degree in Communication and Media Studies. In terms of additional certifications, Dale obtained the Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders (QCF) from BIIAB QUALIFICATIONS LIMITED in June 2005. In July 2005, they acquired a Personal Licence (On-Licence) from the Birmingham City Council. Moving forward to August 2020, Dale completed The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage. In February 2021, they obtained a certification in Python for Absolute Beginners from Udemy. Additionally, they earned certifications in Swagger and the OpenAPI Specification and Complete GDPR, GDPR Certification, data protection, privacy from Udemy in March 2023 and August 2023, respectively.
