Cat Davidson has a diverse work experience in the customer service field. Cat started their career at Rogers Communications in 2009, where they held various customer service roles including Onboarding Representative, Customer Service Representative, and Customer Relations Representative. In these positions, they focused on building strong customer relationships, resolving issues, and promoting customer loyalty. In 2014, they joined EventMobi, initially working as a Support Specialist and later progressing to Senior Support Operations Specialist and Customer Support Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer Experience at EventMobi.
Cat Davidson attended the University of Ottawa from 2006 to 2009, majoring in Psychology.
