Torie Gamez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.
Starting in 2005, Gamez worked as an Entertainment Assistant for Milwaukee Bucks Inc., where they contributed creative ideas for events and assisted with game day responsibilities and outside appearances. In 2010, Gamez joined the Army National Guard and served as an Infantry Platoon Leader, responsible for training and developing soldiers in combat readiness. They also served as a Company Executive Officer, managing behind-the-scenes tasks to support the company's operations. In 2011, Gamez worked as a Legal Account Manager at TransPerfect before transitioning to Sound By Design in 2012. At Sound By Design, Gamez served as the President and Owner, specializing in wedding event services, DJing, and videography. Gamez expanded their event service offerings by co-founding Films By Design in 2014. They partnered with local businesses and shot hundreds of weddings in the Milwaukee area. Gamez is currently the President and Owner of Events By Design, a company they founded in 2021.
Torie Gamez attended Marquette University from 2007 to 2010, where they studied Military Science and Operational Studies. Torie later attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in Business with a focus on Marketing.
