Sharyn Ross possesses extensive experience in account management and customer relations, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager - Global and previously as Director of Customer Relations and Director of Product Marketing at EventsAir since January 2018. Prior to this role, Sharyn held the position of Director of Customer Relations at EventsAIR (by Centium Software) from February 2013 to January 2018. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Account Manager at Arkadin and contracting in events and projects in 2011. Sharyn's earlier career involved strategic account management and sales roles at Certain Software Inc. and Amlink Technologies. Sharyn holds a Diploma in Marketing from the Australian Direct Marketing Association, completed in 1990.
