Heidi Hany has been working as a Tier 2 System Support Engineer at CommScope since March 2022, specializing in Distributed Coverage and Capacity Solutions (DCCS). Prior to that, Heidi held various roles at Eventum IT Solutions, including Senior Wireless RF Engineer and RF Engineer II, focusing on IBS DAS solutions and platforms. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Communication Engineering from Alexandria University, Heidi brings a strong academic background to their engineering career.
