Eric Carr has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Eric began their career as a Software Engineer at Computer Data Systems Inc in 1994. From there, they worked at Hilti as a Project Leader, where they provided support for Oracle Order Entry applications and designed an automatic sales assignment system. Eric then joined BMC Software as a Product Developer, specializing in the development and maintenance of database utility products.

In 2005, Eric Carr moved to Advanced Micro Devices as a Senior Database Engineer, where they provided technical guidance to software development teams and delivered high-quality software solutions. Following that, they joined GLOBALFOUNDRIES as a Section Manager, leading a team of software and database engineers and overseeing the development of engineering analysis data warehouse solutions.

In 2011, Eric Carr joined HP as a Lead Database Engineer, serving as the primary point of contact for application database support and training. Eric also worked on server design, data modeling, SQL consulting, and performance tuning.
