Andrew Prystai

Andrew Prystai has a diverse work experience in various industries. Andrew founded Event Vesta in 2019 and served as the CEO and co-founder, where they focused on connecting communities through events. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Consultant at MindSet, LLC, leading content and marketing efforts to help companies build and retain exceptional employees. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Co-Founder and Director of Business Operations at Drive Spotter, Inc, a Tech Stars company, where they managed HR processes, accounting and finance functions, and created financial models. In 2016, Prystai participated in the Techstars Mobility 2016 Cohort as the Co-Founder of a company, taking advantage of Detroit's strengths in mobility and entrepreneurship. Before that, they were a Graduate Assistant at Creighton University, where they facilitated art exhibits and programs and mentored students. Additionally, they gained marketing experience through internships at The Firm and Carlson Systems. In 2013, they served as the Lead Intern for Dan Welch for Mayor. Andrew Prystai obtained their Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General from Creighton University's Heider College of Business in 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management-Social Entrepreneurship Track from Creighton University in 2013. In 2012 and 2013, they also attended Sogang University, although the degree and field of study for this period are not specified.
