Michal Gorniak

Michal Gorniak has a wealth of experience in the engineering and IT fields. Michal began their career in 2008 as a Senior System Architect at home.pl. In 2014, they moved to Beyond.pl as a Senior System Architect. In 2015, they joined Mirantis as a Senior OpenStack Architect. From 2017 to 2023, they worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in various roles, including Lead Cloud Infrastructure Architect, Senior Cloud Infrastructure Architect, Cloud Infrastructure Architect, and DevOps. Currently, they are an Engineer at EvenUp.

Michal Gorniak obtained their Engineer's degree in Computer Science from Zachodniopomorska Szkoła Biznesu w Szczecinie between 2010 and 2013. Michal has also obtained a number of certifications from Mirantis and Amazon Web Services (AWS). These include the MCA200 from Mirantis (obtained in January 2016), the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (obtained in May 2019), the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (obtained in April 2022), the AWS Certified Security - Specialty (obtained in June 2019), the AWS Certified Developer - Associate (obtained in May 2019), and the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate (obtained in May 2019).
