Christine Campbell

Christine Campbell is the current Advisor at Ever. Christine has over two years of experience as the Vice President, Client Experience and Styling Strategy at Editorialist YX, a luxury fashion wardrobe management and e-commerce recommendations app. At Editorialist YX, Christine was responsible for building and leading the professional services team and fulfillment network serving VIP clients nationally. Christine also spearheaded key product improvements and built a partner ecosystem.

Under Christine's leadership, the team at Editorialist YX unearthed consumer insights, formulated new product concepts, and drove development features that created a beloved user experience with 90% annual retention and 60% weekly engagement. Referrals from existing clients became the primary customer acquisition driver.

Christine also formulated the conceptual design of a personalized product recommendations capability, built a minimum viable product (MVP), and partnered with engineering to build and iteratively refine the feature, yielding a 90% increase in GMV.

In addition, they crafted a structured data model of wardrobe, product, and client attributes, along with client preferences and behavior, which ultimately powered our mobile app user experience, enterprise SaaS stylist interface, and product recommendation system, as well as underlying customer and wardrobe analytics.

Christine also led the creation of a partner ecosystem. Christine designed an affiliate program, and built a supply-side luxury e-commerce referral network, pioneering a new revenue stream for the company.

Finally, they created the go-to-market strategy. Christine analyzed unit economics and formulated tiered pricing. Led and piloted demand-side reseller network, including celebrity stylists and luxury retailers. Led event marketing.

Prior to joining Editorialist YX, Christine sourced the corporate acquisition of The Editorialist.

Christine Campbell has a degree in English and French Literature from Western University. Christine also has a certificate in Fundamentals of Product Management from Stanford University.
