Ines Waltar has had a successful career in customer experience. Ines began their career in 2016 as a Customer Success Specialist at Salesforce, where they acted as the point of contact for various SME accounts and provided guidance and assistance on new features and services. In 2018, they moved to Stripe where they worked as a Customer Experience Manager and ensured that the platform's social support tools ran smoothly. Most recently, in 2021, they joined EverAfter as a Customer Experience Lead, where they work closely with clients and account execs to learn their requirements and needs and gather feedback to help fine-tune the product and end-user experience.

Ines Waltar graduated from NYU Stern School of Business in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Business. In 2014, they obtained a Certified Customer Success Management Professional (CCSMP) certification from Practical CSM.
