Kristen Walker is a seasoned technical program manager with extensive experience in software engineering and development management. Currently serving as Staff Technical Program Manager at Everbridge since January 2022, Kristen has previously held leadership roles at Broadcom Inc. and CA Technologies Automation, where significant contributions were made in managing teams, enhancing engineering processes, and driving Agile methodologies. Kristen successfully led a 6-member SCRUM team to deliver B2B workload automation software at Broadcom, managing risks and maintaining high customer satisfaction rates, while also playing a pivotal role in transitioning development frameworks within organizations. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Western Washington University, Kristen has continually demonstrated strong leadership and project management capabilities throughout a career spanning over two decades.
