Paul Weeks

Paul Weeks has extensive experience in professional services and technology, currently serving as a Manager of Customer Enablement & Adoption and previously as a Director of Professional Services at Everbridge since January 2018. Paul has managed a Professional Services Consulting department, delivering complex enterprise solutions to Fortune 500 and 1000 clients. Prior to Everbridge, Paul held the position of Deployment Manager at IDV Solutions, where responsibilities included coordinating deployment activities and collaborating with various stakeholders. Earlier roles at MSU Federal Credit Union included IT Deployment Lead and SharePoint Administrator, where Paul maintained and configured SharePoint Services, and a System Administrator, focusing on Microsoft technologies. Paul holds an Associate’s Degree from Lansing Community College and has achieved certifications such as MCSA and MCP. Notable accomplishments include the implementation of a SharePoint 2010 Farm and the redesign of IT documentation processes.
