Tom Osial

Tom Osial is a Technical Account Manager at Everbridge, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Tom served as a Manager for Business Continuity and Emergency Response at United Airlines from July 2011 to October 2021, where key responsibilities included leading technical initiatives and developing strategies to ensure organizational preparedness. Tom also held various roles at United Airlines, including Analyst in IT PMO Governance, where customized SDLC frameworks were developed, and Associate Analyst in IT PMO, focusing on project intake and execution processes. As a co-founder and Culture Chair of the Millennial Business Resource Group (Gen Trend), Tom worked on enhancing community engagement to support the next generation of employees. Earlier experience includes an internship as a Business Development Specialist at Big Lobby Inc. Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois Chicago.
