Kehali Haileselassie's work experience begins in 2012 when they were a student at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Group Leader at the University. In 2015, Kehali worked as an Application Engineer at Eaton, where they provided technical data and assistance to customers. From 2017 to 2018, Kehali served as a Machine Vision Application Engineer at Powe Motion Sales Inc, where they worked on the application of machine vision systems and robotic integration. In 2018, Kehali joined Johnson Controls as an Application Engineer I and was responsible for creating system design and installation drawings. From 2019 to 2022, Kehali worked as a Design Engineer at Unico LLC, where they designed and manufactured electrical control products and systems. Currently, Kehali is employed as an Electrical Engineer/Tech at Everbrite, LLC, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining circuit board and software files.

Kehali Haileselassie's education history begins in 2003 when they attended Alemaya University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering and Applied Science. They then continued their education at Madison Area Technical College from 2011 to 2012, earning credits for Engineering, General (Liberal Arts and Sciences) before transferring to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. From 2012 to 2015, they completed their studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, obtaining a Bachelor of Engineering and Applied Science degree with a specialization in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
