Damien Stolarz

Damien Stolarz has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles over the years. Damien is currently the Chief Executive Officer and an Investor at Evercast, where they have held various positions including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Product Officer. In these roles, they played a significant role in optimizing delivery and increasing the throughput and velocity of new features to customers. Damien also served as the Chief Technology Officer at Evercast, where they established a world-class tech team and secured patents for the video conference platform. Additionally, they managed engineering spend during a period of significant growth to maintain profitability.

Damien has also worked as an Advisor at Intellect Partners and as a Technical Advisor at Ronati. Prior to these positions, they were the Managing Partner of Engineering R&D & Intellectual Property at Robotarmy Corp., where they developed various technologies and led licensing and divestiture programs.

In the past, Damien co-founded Telepathy Labs and served as the Chief Technology Officer. Damien recruited the core tech team, established the product path, and played a key role in securing seed funding. Damien also developed a patent portfolio and IP strategy during their time at Telepathy Labs.

Before that, Damien worked at RPX Corporation as the Senior Director of Patent Analysis. Damien performed due diligence and provided advice on patent acquisitions for notable clients such as Apple, Google, and Facebook. Damien also supported a significant amount of annual licensing revenue.

Damien's earlier work experience includes partnering with Perceptive Development as the Partner and Chief Technology Officer, where they worked on iOS and Android app and hardware accessory R&D projects. Damien also worked as the Chief Technology Officer at aiTV, where they developed stereoscopic set-top box hardware and user interface and patented innovations for conferencing integration with TVs.

Prior to these roles, Damien served as a Software Engineering Consultant at The Walt Disney Company and founded and served as the CEO of CarBot. At CarBot, they secured contracts with major automobile manufacturers and developed car computer multimedia hardware, middleware, and software.

Damien Stolarz obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Engineering from UCLA in 2003. Damien also holds a certification as a Registered Patent Agent from the USPTO (US Patent & Trademark Office), which they obtained in January 2011.
