Austin Ludwig is a seasoned professional with experience in M&A and strategy. Austin has held various roles, including Senior Associate at EverCommerce, where Austin specializes in Vertical SaaS. Prior to that, Austin worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Regions Bank, focusing on Technology, Media & Telecommunications, and Defense, Aerospace & Government Services. In addition to their corporate experience, Austin is also known for founding and leading Chipping in for Autism, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals affected by Autism. Austin is a graduate of UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School with a BSBA in Investment Banking & Multinational Finance, along with a minor in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
