Courtney Smith

Courtney Smith is an experienced professional in talent development and management, currently serving as a Senior Learning & Development Manager at EverCommerce since February 2022. Prior to this role, Courtney held various positions at Penn State University from June 2013 to February 2022, including Program Manager for IT Talent Management and IT Workforce Development Specialist, where responsibilities involved designing and implementing talent strategies and collaborating with leadership on workforce planning. Additional experience includes roles as IT Manager, IT Consultant, IT Support Specialist, and Desktop Services Technician (Intern). Courtney holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Saint Francis University and an Associate’s degree in Administrative Professional from South Hills School of Business & Technology.
