Douglas Mennen

Douglas Mennen is a seasoned program and project manager with extensive experience in technology and operations. Currently serving as Program Manager at EverCommerce since April 2021, Douglas leads a team focused on Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ implementations, along with integration designs between Netsuite and various subsidiary Salesforce domains. Previously, at Welltok, Inc., Douglas held the position of Project Manager, and at Cerner Corporation, Douglas progressed through roles such as Community Client Accountable Executive and Projects and Operations Support Team Lead, managing financial and operational functions within the IT department. An early career at the Tennessee Higher Education Commission included analysis of financial aid data, while roles at the University of Pennsylvania involved financial and operations support. Douglas holds a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management with a focus on Policy Analytics from Carnegie Mellon University, a Master’s in Higher Education from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts in English and related studies from the University of Connecticut.
