Lisa Ridge

Lisa Ridge is currently the VP of Talent Management & Development at EverCommerce where Lisa leads a team focused on preparing leaders, culture, systems, and people for the future. Prior to EverCommerce, Lisa held roles in talent management and development at companies such as ServiceNow, Teradata, Human Longevity, Inc., NuVasive, Sony Corporation of America, Sony Electronics, MedImpact, and Qualcomm. Lisa holds a MA in Organizational Behavior from California School of Professional Psychology and a BS in Communication from Arizona State University.
