Brent Kim

Brent Kim is a Senior Associate in Compensation at Evercore since May 2023, having previously held roles as an Associate in the same department. Prior experience includes working as a Compensation Consultant and BeXT HR Partner at Amazon Web Services from January 2022 to May 2023, as well as various HR Business Partner roles at Amazon from June 2018 to January 2022. Brent's experience also encompasses a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Student Assistant position at the University of Michigan in 2017, where responsibilities included coordinating student participation initiatives. Earlier roles include a Human Resources Intern at the Cleveland Clinic and a Communications Intern at Public Citizen. Brent holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Medical Anthropology from the University of Michigan, obtained in 2018.
