Gurdeep Bal

Gurdeep (Bobby) Bal is a seasoned financial advisor currently serving as Managing Director at Evercore since June 2018, where notable achievements include advising Jazz Pharmaceuticals on a $7.2 billion acquisition of GW Pharmaceuticals, AstraZeneca on a $39 billion acquisition of Alexion Pharmaceuticals, and Bristol-Myers Squibb on transactions totaling up to $5 billion. Prior to this role, Bal held positions at UBS from July 2010 to May 2018, first as Director of Mergers & Acquisitions and previously as Associate and Analyst, leading significant deals such as the $4.2 billion sale of Arysta LifeScience.
