Helen Huang

Helen Huang is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Vice President - M&A at Evercore since August 2016, Helen has progressed from Associate - M&A and Summer Associate roles within the same firm. Prior to joining Evercore, Helen worked at Citi as a Credit Analyst focusing on Financial Institutions and held a Summer Analyst position. Helen holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Mathematics from The Wharton School.
