Karen Kluge

Karen Kluge is an accomplished professional in change management with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Change Management Lead for Advisory Technology at Evercore since April 2023, Kluge previously held the position of Change Management Lead and Senior Vice President at Jefferies from May 2018 to November 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing global change management for CRM and analytics systems. Prior to this role, Kluge worked at Morgan Stanley as the Global Lead Technology Trainer for Investment Banking for nearly 18 years. Kluge holds an MBA in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and a BA in Music and Economics from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
