Lorenzo Ruggeri

Lorenzo Ruggeri currently serves as a Managing Director at Evercore since December 2025, following an extensive tenure at Lazard from July 2016 to December 2025, where Lorenzo held the titles of Director, Vice President, and Associate. Prior experience includes an Associate position at HSBC from July 2013 to June 2016, where Lorenzo focused on M&A advisory in investment banking, as well as an Analyst role in the same field. Lorenzo began the professional journey as an Intern at EQUITA from September 2011 to July 2012 in M&A advisory. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Finance from Maastricht University and a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, supplemented by an exchange program in International Finance at Åbo Akademi University.
