Michael Wu

Michael Wu currently serves as Managing Director in Software Investment Banking at Evercore since May 2022, prior to which held various roles including Director and Vice President at Citi from April 2015 to April 2022. Michael began the career as an Equity Research Associate at JMP Securities focusing on internet and semiconductor coverage, and later worked as a Quantitative Researcher at Moody's Analytics, performing valuation modeling for Bank Holding Company Equities. Michael's engineering experience includes significant contributions as an Electrical Engineer at Apple Inc., where involvement ranged from iPad development to the design of Intel-based server platforms. Michael holds a Master of Financial Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the same institution.
