Olivier Christnacht

Olivier Christnacht is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Evercore since September 2016. Prior roles at Evercore include Managing Director, Director of M&A Technology, and Vice President of M&A Technology. Prior to Evercore, Olivier held various positions at Lazard from July 2006 to September 2016, focusing on M&A in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Legal Assistant at Eramet SA, where a comprehensive analysis of the 2001 Financial Security law was prepared, and as a Journalist at SIG: Government Information Services. Olivier holds a Master's degree in Finance from ESCP Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Law and Economics from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
