Randi Brown

Randi Brown is an experienced professional in human capital management and recruitment, currently serving as the Head of Human Capital and Head of Recruiting and Training in US Investment Banking at Evercore since April 2012. Prior to this role, Randi held the position of Director of Campus Recruiting at Morgan Stanley from 2010 to 2012 and served as Assistant Vice President of Graduate Recruitment at Citi from 2005 to 2010, where Randi also worked as an Executive Assistant in Investment Banking. Randi's career began at the Freehold Township Department of Parks & Recreation as a Program Supervisor from 2002 to 2004. Randi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from New York University.
