Shannon Martin Nordeman

Shannon Martin Nordeman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in compliance and financial crime risk management. Currently serving as Managing Director at Evercore since February 2020, Shannon previously held the position of Director at Barclays Investment Bank from September 2008 to January 2020, where responsibilities included leading Financial Crime Risk & Control for the Global Investment Bank and serving as Chief of Staff to the Chief Compliance Officer. Prior roles at Barclays also encompassed various compliance leadership positions. Shannon's career began at Lehman Brothers as Vice President, focusing on Investment Banking and Syndicate Compliance, after starting as an Associate in the Capital Markets Department at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. Shannon holds a J.D. cum laude from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from the University of Virginia.
