Kathrin Ridder

Kathrin Ridder has a diverse work experience. Kathrin started their career in 2014 as a Student Employee Field Marketing at Red Bull, where they were involved in marketing and sales activities. In 2015, they worked as a Marketing Intern at RB. Kathrin then joined Travelcircus.com as an Online Marketing Intern in 2016. In 2018, they joined Social Entrepreneurship Akademie, where they participated in the SEA:certificate Program, learning about social innovation and how to create and sustain social enterprises. Since 2020, Kathrin has been working at everdrop, initially as a Junior Performance Marketing Manager, then progressing to become a Team Lead Influencer Marketing. Currently, they hold the position of Chief of Staff Marketing at everdrop.

Kathrin Ridder's education history begins with their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology, which they obtained from the University of Mannheim from 2012 to 2016. Following their undergraduate studies, they continued their education at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, where they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Psychology with a specialization in Wirtschafts-, Organisations- & Sozialpsychologie from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained an Environmental Studies Certificate from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 2019, demonstrating their interdisciplinary interests.
