Mark Cogley

Director, Acquisitions at Everest Infrastructure Partners

Mark Cogley has been in the telecommunications industry for over 20 years. Mark began their career as an account executive with MCI and then moved on to Broadwing Communications where they were responsible for leasing network capacity and telecommunication services to telecom carriers, CLECs, ILECs, agents, resellers, cable companies, and utility companies. In 2006, Mark became the regional director of acquisitions for TriStar Investors, Inc., a start-up wireless communications company. In this role, they were solely accountable for acquisitions in six states: Ohio, Michigan, Georgia, Washington, Oregon, and California. In 2012, Mark became the director of acquisitions for Everest Infrastructure Partners, where they have been responsible for leading the company's acquisition strategy and execution.

Mark Cogley has a Bachelor of Science from PennWest Clarion in Business Administration. Mark was on the Golf Team and Sigma Phi Epsilon while they were there from 1985-1989.
