Peter F. Morris

Co-Founder & CEO at Everest Recovery

Peter is the Co-Founder/CEO of Everest Recovery. He always had the vision of turning his 28 plus years of experience in the opioid use disorder treatment field into starting a business of his own where the focus would be “a place that I would want to send my family member to if they were suffering from this disease”. Peter oversaw a large network of opioid use disorder treatment clinics prior to starting Everest Recovery. He was a 2017 invited guest to an Opioid Round Table hosted at the White House by First Lady Melania Trump, a 2013 & 2015 presenter at the AATOD Conference, a 2013 panelist at the SAMHSA conference and served on the NABH Addiction Committee.

His background and education in accounting led him to his first job out of college in this field and one he never left. Peter worked for a multi-state treatment provider for 22 plus years before that organization was acquired which led to him moving to Nashville, Tennessee where he currently resides with his wife and two daughters. Peter enjoys spending time with his family, driving through the countryside of middle Tennessee in his Jeep and golfing when he is not busy focusing on the patients and mission of Everest Recovery. He remains an avid New England sports fan and has even taken a liking to country music with its vast popularity in Tennessee.
