Anna Olshanskaya

Anna Olshanskaya serves as the Vice President and Head of Corporate Underwriting Quality at Everest since June 2022, where responsibilities include refining the framework and leading the Global Underwriting Quality team to enhance best practices and operational excellence. Prior experience includes a tenure at AIG from February 2010 to May 2022, where Anna held roles such as Global Commercial Underwriting Quality Manager and Underwriting Officer in Specialty Lines. Earlier career experience includes positions at AXA XL as an Underwriter in various lines. Anna holds a Certificate in Authentic Leadership from Harvard University, a Master of Science in Management/Financial Engineering from New York University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Statistics from Hunter College.
